Fast and Full of Helpfull Functions:
Not only closed, but also open systems with larger flow ranges
can be tested fast and almost free of hysteresis by using
suiteable control valves. By using high precision pressure sensors
the system gets it's highest performance as a calibration system.

PCS Pressure Control System

The Pressure Control System combines pressure measuring and control tasks with air and gases at test sequences for calibration, permanent testing of sensors or parts for instance.

The heart of the system is the modular built controller S320. It is equipped with a signalprocessor which controls the test sequence, as well as the recording of the measurement data and it´s evaluation.

The system is available in different housing types: front panel mounting as well as 19" modules in IP20 as in splash proofed (IP54) version.

All devices equipped with data ports (RS232, RS485) and ethernet to communicate with a PC or a control panel

In 10 free configurable programs settings for different measurement and control tasks can be stored. Up to 2 parallel running control and measuring sections can be evaluated at the same time from the device.

Modularity in the mechanical structures and in the sensors of the system as well as the flexible configurable evaluation software makes the adaption to different test and measurement tasks easily possible.
